We had a early start this morning to Travel to Bicton Arena to jump  the first couple of classes. I jumped Lexi in her first British Novice, she came 3rd with a fast double clear. She jumped very well finding it very easy and really enjoyed herself in the big grass ring!

Today I rode over to a friends to jump Lexi.
It was a lovely warm sunny day and we really made the most of it, Lexi jumped fantastically and I am very exited to take her to her next show (Bicton Arena).

We ventured into a paddock today to jump! It was good practice as I haven't had the chance to jump Lexi on grass since last summer. She really enjoyed it and it was a nice change to jumping on a surface.

I took Lexi over to a friends for her to ride, it was great to see someone else ride Lexi to give me a chance to see how she goes as I haven't seen anyone else ride her for a long time. It was good fun and great to see the improvement in her flatwork.

Today my friend Sue and I hacked over to Higher Mainstone EC to do our dressage tests.
Lexi went very nicely but was less then impressed that there were no jumps!!

On Sunday we are competing in a riding club dressage competition.
Last time I took Lexi out to a dressage competition she did very well and won her class so this time I have chosen a harder test.

Today my friend Nancy and I took a trip up to Badgworth for the second time this year.

Lexi came 6th in the 80cm open and had a fantastic round in the 90cm qualifier. She felt much more confident this time and was very keen and careful.

We had a great day today at Badgeworth arena, Lexi jumped a fantastic round in the 80cm open against strong competition to come 2nd.
Lexi also jumped her first 90cm very well and just had one unlucky pole.

Today we boxed Lexi over to my friends arena, she has had a break from jumping as the arena at our yard has been resurfaced. Lexi really enjoyed her first jumping session in a while and jumped very well. I really feel she is coming on now and her technique is getting better each time she jumps.

Today I took Lexi to her first cross country experience. She was very bold and confident and I was absolutely thrilled with her attitude and how well she jumped.
